An Estate Winery

Wooldridge Creek is proud to be an estate winery.

But what does that really mean?

As an estate winery every single grape used to produce our wine is grown on land owned by us. At the same time, all the production from crushing and fermentation to aging and bottling happens on our land. This level of care and attention from vine to bottle allows us to have a greater level of quality control than most other wineries in the region.

Rooted in Sustainability

The winery was built using recycled steel trusses from an old storage building and logs harvested from the surrounding acreage. Doors, appliances, and light fixtures were re-purposed and the barrel room maintains optimal temperature naturally. In the heat of the summer, wells with river rock under the barrels are hosed down to provide clean, evaporative cooling and humidity.

An industry innovator

We were the first Oregon winery to sell wine in stainless steel kegs. This has proven to be a unique business practice which has spread throughout the Oregon wine market. Since Kegs are reusable, they help us eliminate the need to recycle glass bottles, corks, labels, foils, and cardboard boxes.

Committed to Excellence

Today we produce a limited supply of just 3,500 cases from twelve premium varietals grown onsite. Each year we strive to make our single-varietal wines demonstrate the particular characteristics of their location within our vineyard. We also produce two unique premium blends for each vintage under the Warrick Label.
